But yes this is true. I've seen plenty of acquired amputees do a lot of stuff too, I just don't prefer them so they aren't at the top of my head.

Regardless, I think all of this discussion was a bit unnecessary. I only said something because I was bothered by being corrected. This stuff is for fantasy and to me getting all factual kind of ruins it, but at least I tried to bring some evidence to back up my case if people insist.
