i have a schizophreniform disorder (won't name it for anonymity reasons), and I really don't mind people gettig off on it. Strictly speaking, if it's a fetish, you can't not be aroused by it. I suspect that my last ex (I'm in a much better relationship now) only wanted me because I was "interestng", which was a bit of a pain, but if it's people from afar getting off on lunacy then it's fine by me.
