Requesting Ariel from The Little Mermaid with legs for arms.

Thought basis behind this request is a twist on the classic story, Ursula really tricks Ariel and instead of turning her fin into a pair of legs, turns her arms into them instead. (I wish this twist was more common on the internet too; it just doesn't make sense to me why it's never been done.)
