A large part (probably the majority of) swapping NBM doesn't rely on the parts adding up together, that's how "feet for hands" and "hands for feet" are two separate things, and that's why things like >>4552 can be made

My best guess is that "swap" means swapping their hand for a feet, not swapping their hand with THEIR feet

Either way, these things are a whole new level compared to amputees.
