True about feet for hands, it means having feet in place of hands, or having feet instead of hands, not swapped with each other. If it was the swapped variety, it'd be feet swapped with hands, a different concept. Also the difference between feet for hands and hands for feet is, each refers to the body part that is swapped out. Hands for feet pertaining to hands attached at the ends of the legs in place of feet, and feet for hands the ends of the arms having feet.

Here's one thing that gets me though: There's all sorts of famous (among internet circles) acronyms pertaining to what people really like. BBW, BDSM, AR, AP, WG, BE etc, but there's not one widely accepted for areas such as explored in this thread with legs for arms/legarms, arms for legs, feet for hands/feethands/foothands/wristfeet, hands for feet/handfeet, etc. Problem is, this isn't really widely known or maybe even accepted by a lot of people as a viable option in art/(partial) transformations etc, and imo that should change.
