I'm gonna say that belongs in a bug or crustacean transformation/mutation thread.

Multilimb is, unless centaurs are involved, usually mostly humans with duplicate or triplicate in actual human limbs. I know plenty of multilimb fans who would find that picture more frightening than anything else.
