Every amputee thread I see, I go into with the hopes of finding an image i saved long ago on my first laptop.. but lost it when the thing fried, and havent been able to find it since...

It's of a woman who had her limbs cut off (sitting nearby) and was being made into a teddy bear... I think her pussy and mouth might have been sewn/zippered shut, and she had a witch hat on... Anybody able to help with the locating of this image?
