I'll chime in, since I'm the actual copyright holder and commissioner of that picture.

I think it's an offensively bad piece that completely undermines the original intent of the picture. I don't mind the original being shared online all over the place, but that is just such a painful thing to see being done to something I paid money for.

Or maybe I'm overracting and should just ignore it? I'm don't know, myself acutally.

However, I suppose I'll leave it to you to decide. You have technically transformed the work, technically, so it's legit in some weird manner of copyright law. Not that that is all that important on an imageboard.
