Have you ever spent any time on 4chan's /d/ board? At any given moment anywhere from 15% to 25% of the threads on the board are dedicated to various different types of futanari content. So much so that some users start getting resentful at the overpopulation of futa-themed threads, with some even suggesting that futanari be moved to an entirely seperate board. I'd really hate to see this happen to living headless threads as we already have two and your suggestion would at least double that amount.

I'd also counter your question with another question. What difference does it make if a male picture gets posted in here from time to time?

The only thread I've seen which has a male and female version is the Men and monsters/GirlxMonsters thread. Most other gendered threads have no opposite gendered analogue, mostly because I suspect there isn't a need for one.
