Not a bad idea, Ive tried to keep up with some of this stuff before too, but time is a bitch.

Off the top of my head, one I didnt see listed that I remember is Blood+, it has a minor character with 1 leg in a side story. Personally, I didnt much care for the anime as a whole, but its worth tracking down the 1-2 relevant episodes. Its been awhile but I want to say somewhere in the midteens on the episode list?

Mangaupdates has catagory tags for series which is helpful. There were several entries that look interesting, but I couldnt find raw sources.
