They are bad on themselves. Not dreadful, but very far from good. That guy's thing is the stories he writes for each of the pics that range from meh to enjoyable and that these pics help with imagining, but those are not posted here.
Besides, there's little reason to just dump readily availible content from single author like that. Post single pics once in a while, sure, but if you're dumping, it better be something hard to find, for example old works that author deleted.
