I always envision that holy seed burns like acid for a demon and succubi are masochistic to the extreme. That's why succubi always go for the most holy person to tempt. They all love the pain from holy seed in their wombs. Off course a succubus can't really die and just regenerates lost tissue when she's back in hell, then heads back out for more.
