Dunno, I'm afraid. I was lost in the net when I downloaded it. Many of these all game from the same *booru, however, and it's one I *think* I ended up on from a reverse image search. If you have the Saucenao "Image Search Options" chrome extension then right click it and do an all-engine search for that image, it should come up straight away if I'm correct (because if so, I got there via that tool, just using a different image then rolling round the site). If not, load up Saucenao.com or IQDB.org and drop it or its URL on in there and see what happens.

I dunno what ERP is, dude... last time I saw the acronym it was in the specification of my domestic combi boiler, describing its maximum heat output... And, well, that kind of painless neutering is something a lot of dysphorics or body modders would love, I expect, as well as transsexuals/transgender-folk besides.
