Looks, acts, expresses basically like you would expect an ISO female to. As I said before, the only thing that appears to define the character as transmale is the author saying "he just is, OK?!".
I know dragging real life into a discussion like this puts me on a loser, and gender is a spectrum, etc, but there's very few, maybe no IRL FtMs who don't do their utmost to shed all vestiges of their previous enforced feminine identity. Manners / actions maketh man and all that. Same as for MtFs in the other direction.
At most, character is tomboy with a dash of genderfluidity. Place like this with its high density of traps, I'd almost expect to find a cock "unexpectedly" springing out as they undress...
The issue is difficult enough without a char that is physically and behaviourally entirely a little girl stubbornly trying to go "yeah but I'm a man though" as if words don't have to have *some* kind of fixed definition to be worth using as meaningful things rather than just unusually complex grunts and howls.
Shit, just when I thought we might be able to get towards some kind of tri/quadripartate definition of sexual identity which encompasses genetics, phenotype, mental "feeling" and behaviour (which could roughly be described in terms of X/Y/O makeup, then male/female/neuter/inter/other, masculine/feminine/etc, and then, finally, "boy", "girl", "man", "woman", and the rest). Figures porn would come along and break it.
