Pencil drawn (or watercolour even?) image like that, it'd be very difficult to do whilst keeping things seamless. Not really sure what the point would be, it'd just look like loli Alice in the end, and you can get tons of THAT without any difficulty already. Just have to play pretend that she's got a male identity hidden under there somewhere.
