    Only found this one on r34 when looking through the comments of someone’s profile, they commented on this right before the image was deleted and this low quality screenshot was the only thing I could get. The tags say this was supposed to be vore.

    that specific one looks very carefully inpainted. My guess, it was intially generated as one of the xray vore models to get the person on the stomach. Then switched to vore imprint frontal lora and changed the color levels of the xray to human skin. Then performed a denoising inpaint on the masked belly
