Thats probably the only Itchy and Scratchy comic in their minisereis that actually understood their dynamic a tad.

So many of the others tried to make the kindhearted Scratchy a villain and the diabolical Itchy, a hero with a Tom and Jerry style rivalry when that didn't work.

This is one of the comics from when they got the characters.

BTW there's a Yeti Mrs. Scratchy I suppose in here. Or at least she's more Mrs. Scratchy than the one in that other comic who doesn't have any of Mrs. Scratchy's traits.

As much as that picture gets tossed around, its heavily implied in that cartoon, that photo is fake or Itchy blackmailed Mrs. Scratchy into sleeping with him in exchange for not killing her and her family, than doing so anyway.
