Just a quick update since "a few days" turned into a week >.< ...for reasons I'll get into, once that little project here is finished and uploaded, this rabbithole has turned into my 2nd largest project (not including the work for the pussy stab Lora) and it will still take a few more days. I hope I can complete it over the weekend, though I can't make promises. AI still is weirdly inept sometimes and stuff I naively assume should be simple and done pretty fast turns out to be anything but simple or fast. But I'm about 75% done and I think it will be really nice.

I was unhappy with the way the first version of this turned out a litte over a week and a half ago. The death scene was far too short at first, so I reworked it and also expanded the rest of the story. Now 78 pics in total (around 70-ish if we don't count simple edited duplicates etc.)

If any of you guys here tell me you'd prefer it as a scroller like this story from my thread over at /ai (https://boards.guro.cx/ai/src/1717993189312.jpg) I'll take the time and compile it into 4 or 5 such scroller blocks. But for now I'm not gonna spend the 3 or 4 hours I'd need to do that today, preparing it as is already took me the whole day. I have spent basicly every free minute for exactly a month on this thing now, so I'm just really really exhausted. x.x

Now as promised, a little explanation as to why this project escalated into this rabbit hole: When you told me to surprise you after I had asked for preferences I wanted to find out what kind of setting/enemies or whatever would fit this char. Only then I realised that she is an Elder Scrolls based char and not only that, but also that she is from an Oblivion prequel fan story. My no.1 big project I've indirectly mentioned here and in my thread over at /ai, which I had been working on for months prior to my old gpu breaking down, happens to also be an Oblivion-prequel story. So this story I did of Katia here is a sequel to my own yet-to-be-finished Oblivion-prequel story. You can't imagine my surprised shock a month ago when I realised who and what Katia was.

So it's a good thing you didn't specify anything, otherwise I might have only done one or two one-off pics with her and be done with it, never knowing the missed opportunity. xD

I made this story without dialogue (at least for now) because I think it is a pretty self explanatory show-don't-tell piece but also because at least parts of a potential dialogue wouldn't make to much sense without knowing the other story. So I may or may not add dialogue at a leater date. Not sure yet.

I know some of the pics/details could look a little better. I may revise them later, we'll see. But for now given the subject matter and the currently available Loras and my skillset this is the best I could come up with within a somwhat reasonable amount of time.

If you can guess who the other character here is you might also be abled to guess what that other project of mine might be. Hints: He's not the same orc that Katia encounters in the original webcomic. Also I know he doesn't look like TES-orcs should look like, but currently there's no Lora or any other way (that I know of) to get their facial features right in pony. But his hairstyle should be enough of a clue, I think. But be warned, you won't like that other story (whenever I'll finish it) if you don't like loli...

For me that sort of was Princess Romy here. Though I wouldn't call her a waifu or even a crush. She was just the first instance of a pretty and truly feminin anthropomorphised character that I saw. And also (as I've already mentioned in >>15592) she was rescued from a burning pyre by the heroes of the show, but only after having been engulfed by the fire for such a long time, that even my little child brain back then knew that she should have been roasted by the time she was out of the flames. Of course it was a kids show so she was basicly unharmed. Iirc she was also the damsel in distress a few more times throughout the series, so I'd bet she was one of the corner stones for my affinity not only to cute catgirls but also to classical virgin-sacrifice/damsel-in-distress scenarios. 😅

I only searched for illu - Loras for wanda and carrot in particular, only now had the idea to look for a generic one-piece-style -Lora. To my untrained eye (haven't watched much one piece) these look a lot closer in style, right? The face is still kind of too detailed though, I know.

The quality is a bit lower, that's due to the old pony-hanging Lora I've had to use. That'll need an upgrade sooner or later, too, I guess.

I think what you made is quite good. Just the colors were a bit off (to bright on Wanda and a bit brown in places on Carrot) And maybe slightly bigger boobs. But its Ai so im not sure how well it can be corrected. Im just happy to have any Ai works with them :)

I tried a few more Loras for both of them on 2 different base models. Somehow all three carrot Loras tend to give her an orangy tint in around 50-75% of all gens, while the exact opposite happens with the 2 wanda Loras I tried. Also that effect gets exagerrated when I let multidiffusion (~my standard method to initially upscale and make the image passable before further detailing/correcting with photoshoping/inpainting) run on the basic (low res) image. Still, I tried to kinda fix 1 image of each girl at least a little and ended up basicly re-generated them from scratch.

First Carrot; her face is still not perfect, but a bit closer I think and her fur color hopefully now matches...

...and Wanda; no matter what I did, she always came out almost as pale as Carrot in these full body shots. Had to paint an orange layer onto her by hand to fix it for the multires pass. Tried to further fix her face, too, but the AI refused to cooperate.

As said before, prior to just reworking these two pics I tried various Loras and Base models, but basicly didn't find a better working prompt/Lora/cfg -combo that yielded anything worth sharing. At this point I think it'll be our best bet to wait for some folks to train better Loras for these two on illustrious. 🤷‍♂️

I would've tried but there's a little problem: There's no Lora for either scratchy or itchy. Also neither pony nor illu know these characters. I'm really baffled, that there isn't even a single Lora for any model out there for them. There are tons for other Simpsons chars, even for ones as obscure as some one off treehouse of horror chars, but not itchy & scratchy. I even tried a pony model specificly trained on nothing but simpsons but no chance. I suspect the name is the problem (allthough that could have been overcome in training) because 'scratchy' pulls a black and white lineart sketch scratching artstyle. I bet if anyone ever tried to train a Lora on them they may very well have deemed their efforts failed because of that. (they could have tried to abbreviate or otherwise estrange the name scratchy)

I'm not sure. That one Lora that is available for her seems to have been trained mainly on semi real pics and is a bit overcooked. I had already tested some cartoon style Lora with it but the results were really really bad. I'll see if I can find other Loras that work better and revise it once I'm done all these other requests I'm working on right now.

I've been away the last month due to some unforseen health issues. Just got back home last week so I'm sorry for the delay, but here finally is what I came up with for your Gadget Hackwrench request. Not my best work I'm afraid, but it's the best I could do with the tools I got. The Lora I used for Gadget herself was for pony, put pony hasn't got the slightest clue about giant hands holding a minigirl (there's no lora for that in pony either). Illu is better at that, but the Gadget-Lora doesn't work as well in Illu as in Pony. So I had to basicly make every (base-) picture twice: first gen something that fits in Illu and then redo that pic in pony via img2img with controlnet. There are a few pics in there where the hand may look rather shitty, that's especially the case when only a tiny part of the giant hand is in frame. Also the colors and degree of texturing are a bit inconsistent. Despite trying to adhere to a consistent prompt structure the general style is also less consistent than I'd like it to be. Of course I've spent a ton of time trying to mitigate such issues but there comes a point where the results no longer justify the time and efforts put into it. Just to give you a hint at how much work had to be put into this to get it at least to this level of (hopefully) okay-ishness: The project -folder with just the base images and all the photoshopping steps + final versions is now at 2.5gb and 630 files. Add to that approximately 2000 txt2img pics (most of them discarded/failed generations) and close to 6000 img2img pics (upscaling ~ 10%, the other 90% inpainting)...

TLDR: I'm sorry this didn't turn out better! Still I hope you can enjoy it. :)

There are a bunch of versions, to be honest I have no clue what version does what, no clue what most abbreviations mean. Can you tell me (or better yet link me) the right one please? :)

I mostly do meaty stumps in illu/noob with the quad amputee Lora for pony from entropy: >>>/ai/698 (or: https://rentry.co/r-18g_stable_diffusion_pony_v6#quadruple-amputee-flesh) and the ayaswan Lora at low weight just to help with blood and goryness in general (also the pony variant: https://rentry.co/r-18g_stable_diffusion_pony_v6#ayaswan-style-v2) ...both these Loras also have an Illu version, but so far I've kept using the pony variants as they work good enough, in some cases even better than the illu version imo, at least in KnK Luminai which I mostly use. In general I found most good pony - guro - Loras work in Knk just fine. You mostly have to fiddle with they weight a bit though. Concepts in general seem to work good at lower strength in illu, but some need to be overblown completely.

This pic here has the meta inside. so you should be abled to get the prompt from it but just in case, this is the whole phrase I have sort of settled on for amputee stuff (both for the txt2img step as well as inpainting)

<lora:QuadrupleAmputeeFleshPonyV1-000040:0.65>, (quadruple amputee:1.5), perfect fleshy armstumps legstumps with yellow fatring and bone in the middle, <lora:AyaSecret:0.35>

also add "guro" and "blood" somewhere in your prompt.

If you want severed limbs to also have the flesh stump you'll have to crudely manip the pic and just paint it red (preferably the same color tones as are already existing in your pic) before fixing it with img2img. The same prompt phrase works just fine for img2img, too. either standalone or with your go-to-quality prompts. I just left the image here as it turned out after multi diffusion so I could upload it as example. But if I wanted to polish it further I'd crudely paint in a bone ring in the middle of each stump and just inpaint the whole stumps (if both are nearly equally visible and not flat on like in this pic I'd do both at the same time) at low weight and depending how much detail I'd want to preserve I'd use "Anytest" - controlnet.
