My original intention was that Ulyana just states that Slavya got on an income tax square, but it seems it ended up ambiguous and you can also interpret it as "paying nincum tax" is her interpretation of what Slavya and Semyon are doing. Pick whichever you like.
The spelling "nincum" is actually a reference to Pippi Longstocking though.
