I now have AXCrypt. I decided to encrypt the PDF and put it up on Mediafire. I'll post a link and password here. You will need AXCrypt to decrypt. I may wait for my artist to deliver a picture or two. Trouble is, he disappears for months at a time, does a couple of pics, then hibernates again. He owes me $1300 of commissions at $100 each.
