That is the short-lived assassin/seductress Ashley from the opening chapters of Ragnarok. AWESOME visual design, and she would have made for an intriguing recurring character if her role hadn't been cut short so early in the story. Her pointless death occurs shortly after another antagonist attacks her and Lily, Ashley's "hostage".

Unfortunately, Ashley's overconfidence made her blind to the violent ambitions of her fellow antagonist who ends up killing her for no reason other than to try and provoke the protagonist. Lily's concerned reaction to Ashley's death does hint at her hidden loyalty which is revealed in full several moments later.
