Somewhere, lost in 2TB of shit I haev the original flash animations that these gifs were made from. I was lucky enough to download them from Juan's website just before he took all of the guro stuff down.

I'm not sure if there is a complete collection of Juan's stuff anywhere, but it's all very popular and with a bit of patience someone could probably make a near complete collection manually. Juan doesn't post guro anymore.
