Anyone have girls who get killed in the middle of pooping/peeing? For some examples stuff like the girl is on the toilet, and someone bursts in and stabs/shoots her. Also works if the girl is in the forest squatting and same thing happens, or maybe even gets surprised by a predator of some type and gets attacked/eaten while still pooping/peeing. This fetish of mine is super rare so any help is amazing.
