Yes, but much like doujinshi, CG sets, game CG sets, etc. on sadpanda, someone had initially paid for it and uploaded it for others to see and enjoy in hopes of attracting attention to that artist and through that end more support for the aforementioned artist. I certainly don't mind posting just the stuff on his Pixiv from this point onward if you so wish.
