Fighting games are an unusual choice, and this is a bizarre mashup of Mortal Kombat with a massively pregnant MILF. It wasn't easy coming up with a solid motivation for her or a coherent reason for all this madness. But the fact that she can lose and then get hit with a ruthless, brutal, and visually stunning Fatality with zero mercy - adds that extra edge, especially since with her enormous, bloated belly, there's just so much you can do to her... It's way more creative than some basic Nude mod. Oh, and by the way, this is the tamest finishing animation there is. The real Fatalities are far harsher with guts spilling out, her belly exploding, and all that kind of gore.
