How about a parody of some spy flick, a gal wearing spy suit like those from totally spies crawling in a narrow vent. has to take a shit and piss. can't even turn around to take it off so she reluctantly wet herself and is in the middle of pushing a really thick hard shit out in her suit, with cute grunting face.
