Manga is "Though You May Burn to Ash" aka "Tatoe Hai ni Natte mo"
Once again, not really a guro manga. Contains some minor torture but that image is the most brutal and visual you get.
Also, the author apparently died so there's that too…

For what it's worth, it's a fun read.
