Well, literally word-for-word it'd be something like "do how Akira likes", and at that point the translation from Japanese is done and translation into English begins: whether you choose to translate it as "do what you want" or "do as you please" is a question more about English than it is about Japanese. And English isn't my native tongue either. That's why I said my translation is a rough draft in terms of phrasing: I focused on deciphering the translating from Japanese part, rather than the translating into English part.

I used a software called Poricom for OCR, then pasted the text into google translate. But sometimes OCR goes wrong, so have to double check it, and sometimes google translate is off, so have to double check that too. But it's easier to double check after the computer than doing all the work from scratch. Even when google translate doesn't translate well, it spells out the pronunciation, and having the sentence mentally vocalized helps my brain to actually parse it much better than staring at unfamiliar kanji (which are most of the kanji for me). Even when I don't know half the words, having the sentence spelt out in a way I can read it puts those words into the grammatical structure of the sentence for me. Then I can find the individual words in a dictionary and fit it all together. LLMs are also helpful, as they can catch context and nuance that simple google translate doesn't.

1. He's instinctively talking to her as if she's alive. Basically, the same option it gave me before. I then asked if this was the case, what the command would mean, and he says to move her hips forwards towards him (so the same again).
2. He's thinking aloud, verbalizing his own actions. The action then can be either how he leans forward over her, or pushing his dick more forward inside of her. He does lean forward over her on the next page, doesn't he? On the other hand, the very next frame after him saying this is a close-up of his dick entering her pussy, so that option sounds plausible too, and probably even sounds more like something you'd verbalize in the heat of the action rather than just leaning forward.

I think the best thing here would be to study a collection of manga sex scenes featuring a similar phrase, but it's not like exhentai has a search in the full text of the mangas, so ...
