I played SiNiSistar2 v1.3.1 (2026) on hard and then SiNiSistar v3.0.0 (2021) on normal. Both games were uncensored. The sequel is actually a remake of the original game. The first game is a 2D platformer, while the second game is a 2D platformer with metroidvania elements. IMHO, the first game is fine, but can be skipped by a player in favor of the superior sequel.
The strongest advantages of SiNiSistar2 are its artwork, voice acting, and music. Pervert / guro subject is covered very well. I permanently experienced some strange movements in my groin during the game.
There is no platforming challenges, like some tricky jumps / movements, except those in combats.
The combat system requires studying of enemy patterns and trying different strategies to defeat them. Controlling the main character, you experience deliberate delays, knockbacks, and the absence of immortality windows after being hit, which sometimes leads to a series of hits and knockbacks causing game over. Random significantly affects boss fights. These are the reasons why I did not like the combat system, but it has its own rules and somehow works, making this game a game, not just a bunch of pervert hentai fantasies. Probably, a soulslike system with rolling and blocking, like in Blasphemous, would be better in my taste.
There are different events in the game triggering other events, like pregnancy mechanics, which make the game deeper without overcomplication. It is not too hard to open all game content without Internet tips.
Despite its drawbacks, SiNiSistar2 is a masterpiece in my opinion. I found some beauty in pregnant women's bodies.
