The great Sayooshi has been translated. Im lazy to upload a patched version but here's a patch:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/6kbmi84esdcfqo0/SayonaraWoOshiete_EnglishPatch.zip/file

The copypasta from their discord:
[Download the patch here.](https://www.mediafire.com/file/6kbmi84esdcfqo0/SayonaraWoOshiete_EnglishPatch.zip/file)

Before starting, make sure your system locale is set to Japanese.

**1.** Extract your game.
**2.** Extract the patch ZIP and run SayonaraWoOshiete_EnglishPatch.exe.
**3.** Select game folder → StartData → GameData, then click Install.
**4.** Open SiglusEngine.exe inside GameData to play.

*Note: Hitomi's surname is shortened in the menu due to an unchangeable character limit, but it isn't used at any point in the visual novel, so this has no effect on gameplay.*
