I used a sterile cautery pen I got off ebay along with sterile forceps, scalpel, etc.

I marinaded it in rose wine and pan-seared it with rosemary. Only enough meat for one mouthful really but it was delicious, kind of like pork but more tender and not as salty. I wouldn't say this exactly satisfied the urge at all; I'm still desperate for more, but I'm glad I did it and now I have a video of the procedure to jerk off to for the rest of my life.

I'd still jump at the chance to eat something with more actual muscle tissue in it, but it's just not practical to amputate anything bigger than MAYBE your cock at home. And that's if you do extensive research, practice suturing, etc.
