So the bad guy ties her to RR tracks but he doesn't wait for a train to run over her - classic villain trope - he cuts her up and kills her. But just for fun he also slices open her bra and pulls her panties down low enough to show off her muff (and that she REALLY is a blond.) This bad guy is bad!!!
