I didn't say that he posts the translated text, he posts the transcription, the dump, of the Japanese text, so that we don't have to OCR his handwritten text in order to translate it. The first comment (the one at the bottom) in the latest entry (クロニプレミアム) is the transcription of text. He started doing it after it was requested (in English) by someone else in the comments.
