I've been watching Kuroni for several years. He takes between 1 and 2 months to do a page. If there are multiple pages to a piece, he waits until they are all done and does not release them piecemeal. It can be frustrating for his fans, but it is always worth the wait.

Meanwhile, analyzing Kuroni's meat grading system got me to thinking about Japanese meat standards. Naturally, his system will have more in common with the JMGA than the USDA. Attached is a download from the JMGA.
