Basic game-play is to fight random girls in 4 different zones. Each zone has 6 girls. Each time you kill one, it unlocks all scenes with them in your trophy room. As you get stronger, you can fight and capture stronger girls until you have an army strong enough to capture the princess, which is basically the last, endgame girl. There are also special quests you can do to unlock additional heroes. You can switch heroes at any time by dying or killing yourself. Each servant and hero has a unique death scene as well, so you'll want to unlock as many as you can.
