Slash&Execution 2 wasn't really that difficult at normal difficulty and it should be quite doable at easy, as long as you know what you're doing (i.e. invest in productions that you actually need and trade your surplus wisely). It's hard difficulty that is more like a super ironman where you will hit a wall very soon.
