First, I don't agree with the premise that these are only "teasing in the most distant of ways"; they look to me like they're only moments before the girl bites the dick off/bites the balls off/uses the elastrator.

That said, the first 2–the coffee cream one and the hotdog one–are almost certainly taken out of a series of stories on eunuch.org about a teacher called Miss Meyers, in which the balls ARE put through the juicer, and the dick IS bitten off.

If you have trouble finding them, I'd be glad to link them; I think the coffee one in particular is really well done.
