> And still you're almost the only active member here. And you created such thread(s) both here and on old g-chan. So it looks like they are your own now.
You're making it sound like I'm forbidding everyone else to post their works in this thread.
> So you do post your old works or you don’t post? Just asking. Cause links also count.
No, they don't. Links are just a handier versions of the archive. Next you'll say I've spammed /lit/ with links to my old stories? Imagine someone actually enjoyed them and wants to read them again, they could browse through the archive of course, but isn't it much more handy to have them linked in the opening post of the relevant thread? And what if someone new came to the site, it would most probably not even occur to them to look in the archives for works of the authors who they see to be currently active. When looking for living people a cemetery is hardly the first place you go to.
> Improve what?
You're right, there's nothing to improve, I'm already perfect.
> Photoshoping other people pictures to satisfy your fetishes, collect it over years and post them again and again? Sorry, looks like OCD to me.
So if a library burns down and rebuilt, then restoring the books that were stored in the old library, looks like OCD to you? I would rather say artificially limiting the rebuilt library to only include books that are written after it's rebuilt doesn't make any sense.
> I would argue with this, but it would take a lot of words and this thread is not the right place.
Just out of curiosity: do you believe 100 word stories don't have any value in the first place, or that they somehow lose it when the text is put on top of a picture and saved as jpeg? Because the way I see it is that your eyes perceive the text as picture anyway, even if it's in txt, and it's up to your brain to decipher it back into text. Unless, of course, you're visually impaired and are using text to speech to read, but then what are you doing outside of /lit/ anyway?
> Usually people have more valuable things in their lives to be proud of. But oh well~
Some people can be proud of going to space or climbing Everest, but that shouldn't devalue all the other people's lesser achievements.
If my best isn't good enough for you, fair enough, it's your right to not enjoy it, everyone has different tastes and bar levels.
But if I'm not allowed to be proud of doing my best, then there'd be nothing left for me to be proud of, that would be a really miserable existence, which I'd rather not choose just because some anonymous from the internets tells me to.
