If this is what you're into, and you have a few weeks of time you're okay with never getting back, I recommend going on TV Tropes and looking at their "Eye Scream" page. It's how I found a few of my favourite movies; specifically, "Once Upon a Time in Mexico". (The scene cuts away right before, well, eyes are cut away, but it's only a second, and you get to see what it looks like afterwards.)
