I know that in some (possibly most North American) jurisdictions, one cannot legally consent to severe bodily harm (inb4 "extreme sports", that's only the CHANCE of harm), thus finding someone consenting won't be a defence if the police get called.

But if you can find someone who's into the idea, I'd recommend taking very small strips of flesh to start. Like, nothing larger than a quarter. That's the easiest thing to explain away as an "accident", so long as you use sterile equipment it's not likely to cause permanent harm or accidental death, and both of you get a small taste of the reality as opposed to the fantasy. You might find that it's drastically impractical, or you hate the taste, or they can't stand the sight of blood; and even if they change their mind, no harm done, it was a consensual activity that wasn't as enjoyable as planned. Just remember to use safewords.

In the meantime, I'd recommend taking a cooking class or two. You know the German guy? He couldn't cook worth crap, so the meat was wasted. DON'T BE LIKE THAT GUY. Pork is pretty similar to human flesh apparently, so if you learn how to cook that well... worst case scenario, now you're a good cook.
