The Soviet Games team, the guys that made the Everlasing Summer VN, broke into two: one is still called the Soviet Games, but they are working on some new VN with new characters now, the other team is called moonworks (they have the original composer, and judging by the awesome art quality I guess the original artist too, and since the music and art were the best part of Everlasing Summer, I'd say they are not less, and maybe even more, deserve the right to be considered the old Soviet Game's successors) and they made this cute short game about Slavya making potions, titled Herbalist.
So this one picture is from the Herbalist with some guro-implying label I added.
