I accidentaly hit the post button so here is the repost with a tip:
While you can try many thing to get those games to work on newer systen i.e Windows 10, there is one that is working for me and it's guaranteed to work for everyone!

I'm using windows Xp (the japanese language version) on a separate partition as a secondary operation system.Since I've done this I've thrown again all the "tools" I've used to make older games work!
