Try Capture2Text it's the only text-hooking program that actually does something.Minimize the window, select the text and paste it into a translator.When I have problems I screenshot and tinker with the pic until the text can be hooked.
The other option is an online ocr, the best is this: ocr.space It works the same, screenshot the page, select japanese, uploaded and OCR The text is accurate and you can paste it into a translator!
