There is ofc the hard way to do this that is to use the tools that most translators use that is RPG maker Decrypter and to break down the CGs and translate it page by page, but is a pain and you have a lot of work to do to obtain the results you need!

You can also use the program called ntleas to run japanese games on non-japanese enviroments, but it does not work for all and in most cases it really slows down the game!
