The short answer is YES! But the reason I din't mentioned any of them here is because there are so many titles from the dark ages of pc gaming that they would eventualy overflow this thread.
So let's begin! Guro gaming started in the '80 on the PC88 platform that is similar in many ways to the ZX Spectrum platform.
The most infamous guro games at the time were the "lolita" series by PSK:

Note! There were also guro games made for ZX Spectrum but the rom archive sites usualy don't keep them so they may be lost in the black hole of time or it's a subject still open to research!
Then came the PC98 platform and here is where things got really wild and out of control!

The most interesting fact however is that guro wasn't a genere at the time so a lot of times you could get a wtf ending to a nice cutesy game with no signs of guro on the cover where you find your loved interest naked and ripped in two by a demonic cock with spikes at it's end.
Venturing in the realm of PC98 guro games is like venturing into lost world! They made everything from arcade to adventure and sexy deaths were a common thing.
