Can't really talk about mainstream games with ryona without mentioning Rule of Rose! The guro in the game is not strong, but is there, the protagonist gets stomped, kicked, beaten, tortured etc and *spoiler many sexy characters die at the end.
But it's the story and the relations between the loli characters that make it an unique experience that really messes with your mind.
