Well your comment made me think of this pic. But I think you're right, it doesn't seem to likely due to the throat being a fairly narrow passageway. I think it's more likely that the body would burst open if the pressure was that high.

Having said all that, I'm sure I've seen pics on Documenting Reality where people have been splattered by trucks that show the sort of thing you allude to. Maybe speed is a variable.

Also I saw a roadkill cat IRL once, which had had its enitre insides squished out thru its mouth, so who knows. I guess it's not totally impossible - and that's good enough for me lol.
