Its "Idées noires" by Franquin, a pretty creative comic with dark themes. That particular scene features a basic male character, but I still found the idea pretty hot. I'll try to find it later.

Anyways, I like that concept if the girl is a beauty because it utterly desacralize her by using her face as a tool.
