Since I have some free time I've decided to make an updated package for the people having problems playing japanese games on their systems, because these programs are really hard to find!

The package contains the following tools:

-Anime Games Text Hooker

-Atlas V14

-Japanese applocale (tweaked by the hongfire people)

-Ntleas V46 x86(for launching japanese games without the applocale installed)

-Ntleas V86(latest)

-RPG Decrypter(for ripping CGs from the RPG Maker games)

Also useful are the program Capture2Text available for download at sourceforge and the site ocr.space for ripping text directly from pictures.
