No, there is no official guide, there are some pieces of info on some forums but the only way to beat this game is with trial and error.
However here are some tips:
First start with videochat rooms and build a reception lobby for clients.Upgrade reception for a fast placement of customers.
Build "ergonomicaly", your brothel will become really huge in the mid-game and hard to manage.
Make sure you have at least four morgue rooms for harveting corpses.Corpses are very important, you can throw them in the meat grinder to obtain valuable food to sell to cannibals or feed your girls, you can use them in later games for clients with a taste for necrophilia or use them to produce zombies(warning! a zombie girl will start attacking people at random, lower your status and atrract the cops, more on the cops later)
The rooms have multiple tier, once you upgrade a room the action can become more kinky or violent.In the end you can obtain rooms similar to those in the Hostel movies!
Once a girl becomes pregnant, she produces a higher income, she can be milked or taken to a birth room.In the upgraded birth room you can have birthing shows.Once she gives birth she can produce a healthy loli that will unlock the underground rooms.
These rooms must be build literarly underground because the cops will give you hell if they find them(well they give you hell anyway:P).
Once you place a loli into an underground room she will start to gain xp but she is very fragile.Make sure to have enugh entertaiment medical and rest rooms for your lolis, preferably upgraded or else they will die fast.Make sure to keep the dead lolis for later use! Once the underground rooms are upgraded violent customers will arrive and will start beating your lolis to death.
The cops will arrive on ocasion, make sure they are places fast in the best rooms available.Warning the cops will also kill your ladies!
After you have a functioning brothel make sure you have upgraded training/brainwashing rooms, once you broken a prostitute more rooms and options will be unlocked.
And this is just scratching the surface, this game will have you playing for hours, but I hope I've helped you a bit to get started!
